🧵 Intermediate Kids Group Sewing Classes
Ready to take your child’s sewing skills to the next level? Our Intermediate Kids Group Sewing Class is designed for young sewists who already have basic sewing machine experience and are ready to build confidence, learn new techniques, and create projects they can be proud of.
Over 6 one-hour sessions, students will learn how to:
📏 Learn to take body measurements
📖 Read and understand a commercial sewing pattern
👖 Sew a comfortable pair of pajamas for themselves
👜 Create a stylish tote bag with a bow
🧵 Develop greater confidence using a sewing machine
✂️ Practice sewing skills while completing wearable and functional projects
Class Details:
Cost: $150 for 6 sessions
Class size: Maximum 4 students
Location: Highland Mills, New York
Starting: September 20th or 26th
Saturday: 4:30–5:30 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM or 4:00–5:00 PM
Fabric needed:
• 2½ yards of cotton or fleece fabric for the pajamas
• 1 yard of canvas fabric for the tote bag
Tools and sewing supplies are included. Students do not need to bring their own sewing machine.
